Winter is the season of soup….

Struggle to come up with a good healthy soup recipe? By simply adding some spices, stock and fresh veggies you will definitely be able to transform a typical vegetable soup into something delicious and wholesome for those cooler winter nights.

The whole point of cooking from home, is to make it simple, easy and home cooked, so if you don’t have these veggies use what you have in your fridge first. This is actually how I came up with this recipe just by tasting and adding flavours as I went along.

This recipe is going to get your tastes buds wanting more and your bellies full. I love adding a bit of cheese like goat’s cheese to my bread for that extra flavour or sprinkling a little dukah or nuts over the top.
